Same way you delete any app. Press and hold on the App, then tap on Remove App, then on Delete App.

If you don't get the "Delete App" option, check Settings->Screen Time->Content & Privacy Restrictions->iTunes & App Store Purchases->Deleting Apps, and make sure its set to "Allow".
