If you are seeing the message that appears in the article used to post your question, If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support, then you will need to reach out to Apple Support. This sometimes can mean there is a hardware issue going on.


Should you happen not to see the message your Face ID has been disabled, take a look at this link to give each of these steps a try. If Face ID still isn't working after these steps, you will want to contact Apple Support by going to Get Support.
