Cannot place an iPhone order using PayBright

I want to purchase ip 14 pro max. I couldn't place the order. I tried to pay monthly with pay bright. For last step to make payment, it just showed error, could not complete request. I still use my bank account, so I do not think there is any problems with my bank account. I have no idea now to solve the problem. Anyone knows about this, please help me. Thanks
