Apple One starts with a one month free trial for services that you haven’t tried yet. That means that you should have a one month overlap for Apple TV+, for uninterrupted service, if you had Apple TV+ before you had Apple One. The excess subscription will be canceled automatically after that first month, if on the same Apple ID account.
