iPhone 14 with iOS 16 accidentally switches to customize

Have my iPhone 14 pro with IOS 16 setup with a customized lock screen. But now just by carrying the phone in my hand, while lock screen is displayed, phone will switch into customize mode, which I have to clear, if I just want to use my phone.

Is there any way to lock or stop the phone from doing this so I can just start using phone as before.
