Rta m-wallet unavailable

I recently switched from iPhone SE (2nd gen) to iPhone 13, and transferred all apps. Surprisingly the rta m-wallet got transferred but I couldn’t open. Upon searching on internet I went and rest the country region, but could not find the app in App Store. I received the error message - app is not available in your region (extremely weird as I just switched from one phone to other).

Please help ASAP!
