SOS mode - won’t come off

My phone unexpectedly dropped a call and went to SOS mode. I’ve tried the up down volume reboot 5 times without success. It’s an iPhone 13PM. This is maddening. Any other me solutions??

If you see No Service, Searching, or SOS on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
