I’m having a difficult time remembering my passcodes and passwords and I want to change them

Set or change the passcode

1. Go to Settings , then do one of the following: On an iPhone with Face ID: Tap Face ID & Passcode. On an iPhone with a Home button: Tap Touch ID & Passcode.
2. Tap Turn Passcode On or Change Passcode. To view options for creating a password, tap Passcode Options.

Change your Apple ID password

1. Tap Settings > your name > Password & Security.
2. Tap Change Password.
3. Enter your current password or device passcode, then enter a new password and confirm the new password. Forgot your password?
4. Tap Change or Change Password.
