ringer volume

When I set the ringtone, the playback is loud. When I get a call, I can barely hear the ringtone

You can check under Settings - Sound & Haptics to increase the volume and you can also check in Control Center To adjust the Volume: Use and customize Control Center on iPhone - Apple Support
