Transfer of Apple credit from one account to another one

Hi I have 2 Apple accounts that were opened in home country (France) and while I was expatriate in another country (Singapore). Back in home country I am looking to get a partially unused credit on my Singapore account transferred to my French account. Is this possible and if so how to proceed?
