Transfer of Apple credit from one account to another one

Hi I have 2 Apple accounts that were opened in home country (France) and while I was expatriate in another country (Singapore). Back in home country I am looking to get a partially unused credit on my Singapore account transferred to my French account. Is this possible and if so how to proceed?

No. Even if you get it put back onto the card it came from, you won't be able to redeem or input it into the French one.
