Try following the steps in the article blow to remove your Apple ID.

Apple id locked My apple id got locked. I've reset the password and the new password works in a browser but it won't work in the iPhone itself. The iPhone still says its locked and it needs a password reset. I've also tried restarting the device but it doesn't work. You can't sign out without using a password because of Find My Phone, but again the new password doesn't work in the iPhone so it can't sign out the current apple id of the device as well.
