Audio not recorded while recording screen with mic enabled

I tried to record my family calls with WhatsApp and messenger but the audio is not recorded. I tried enabling mic, tried 3rd party apps from store but still no luck. Could some one help resolving this? Appreciate your time and help!

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

If you have a hearing or sound issue on your device then please try some of these processes to set it right

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support

WhatsApp is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or WhatsApp FAQ Or Restoring your chat history - WhatsApp FAQ or Contact WhatsApp
