Family Watch Apps

I recently set up a family watch for my 11yo. After the initial setup, I added Amazon music as an app for her to listen to music. I think the app had an update but just a few days after using it, my daughter said the app was gone. When I went to the App Store, there was a message that said: due to restrictions on this device, the app can’t be downloaded.

After quite a bit of searching, I turned off the content restrictions and the app returned to her screen. My question is: is there a way to keep the restrictions on and still be able to gets apps for her on the watch?
