How can I sync my music playlist and songs on MacBook

So here is the problem. My macOS system is Monterey 12.6 and I just change my country from Hong Kong to United States. But my Apple Music playlist did not sync. There are a lot of songs invisible. I call them invisible because when I sign out and sign in again, I can see all of the songs and download them. but after a few minutes, a lot of songs are invisible but the Apple Music is still downloading the invisible songs. It just happens on my MacBook and never happened on my apple iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch.

How could I solve this problem.

Apple's services are region specific. If you switch countries, which you should not be able to do while you have an active subscription, you lose access to your old iCloud Music Library, and have to create a fresh one. Locally stored content downloaded from Apple Music is, perhaps, initially shown and then hidden from view. The app should show your local content, your unhidden purchases (in the current store) and your iCloud Music Library, also in the current region.
