Disabling CNA(Captive network Assistant)

how can we disable Captive Network Assistant on macOS Monterey 12.6?

"sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.captive.control Active -boolean false" doesn't work anymore!!

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.1
