Is Zoom is ON?
Try this -> Tap with your three fingers on the screen and slide the screen until you can tap Settings and further.
Go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Zoom -> turn it Off.

Then do a force restart -> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)

A forced restart fixed the problem, thanks for your help! :)
Can you try to move the numpad to the left?
Zoom is off and everything I try doesn’t work, the numpad is just stuck like that
Nothing works, it’s a bug that needs fixing asap, you can’t move anything and landscape mode doesn’t work either
