I’m locked out of my email! My email emoji was not on my homepage! I reloaded the email and reset the password and am unable to login into my email!

My email emblem was not on my homepage when I woke up this morning! I attempted to download my email emblem and reset the password and am unable to retrieve my emails! I have sensitive information in my email and must be able to sigh in my email to retrieve my pertinent information!
