The Battery on my new (oct 2022) iPhone 13 appears to be discharging fast. From a charge of 92% in the morning at 8am, went to 43% at 5pm. With just usage of 2-3 apps (watsapp, cred, IG). Even with background access cut off to apps. Is this normal or is anyone else facing this issue? Phone is updated to latest software.

Since iOS 16 I face the same issues on my iPhone 13 with 100% battery health. Sometimes I have to charge twice a day. What helps was upgrading to iOS 16.0.3, the battery life is slightly better on that one
I’m on 16.0.3. And facing this issue. My previous android device 5 years old is giving competition to this brand new iPhone in the battery department.
And 3 % battery plummeted while typing in this forum in the past 5 mins.
