How can I report fraud in an application?
Greetings!
On October 4, I had a charge in my account for a subscription with the chegg app through you through the app store. Everything was very good with the subscription until in the chegg I got a comment that I had shared my account when it was not like that, it was a chegg error because I have not shared my account and I only had it on my phone and on my iPad since the subscription allows you two devices and I never used it on both devices. My account was blocked for an alleged rape that in this case was because I said that I had shared it when it was not.
The message that appears in the chegg provides a link to change the password and be able to restore the account, the problem is that the link it provides is false and it is a problem that chegg has had for a long time. I tried many times but nothing. I decided to communicate with chegg through a number that they provide a line of text messages. They informed me that it was a server error and that they were working on them, that it would take a few working days to fix it. The days go by and they don't fix anything, I communicate with them and they say the same thing.
Because they couldn't or have solved the problem, I decided to make a claim for my money since I paid for something that I have not been able to use. They notified me that the claim had to be made with you. I made 4 complaints and 3 of them were contacting you Apple at (800) 692-7753 and (866) 676-5682. With your help, make the last 3 claims. They were all rejected, and one of those who helped me notified me that Chegg is the one who is denying relations. He considered that this is a scam and that you should support me more in this situation since I want my money back. And I will filing a complaint with the daco offices.
Claim for the situation within the time they give.
