Pages

I am new to Pages and can't work out how to make a page set up for mail labels. Can anyone advise me where to look please?l

iMac 24″, macOS 12.6

Pages does not include label templates. You could start by visiting Avery and looking at the available blank address and shipping blank templates. Each template image is a link which in the U.S. anyway, offers a Pages label template for that label number.



Of course, once you download the Pages template, you still have to go through the drudgery of applying text boxes, shapes, and text to one label and then duplicating that to other label positions. You may discover new vocabulary in this process.

You could forego the above process and use the free Avery's Design & Print online tool to build your mailing label sheet.


And lastly, Apple's Contact application provides a means to import a spreadsheet CSV as contacts in a custom group. With those individual group contacts selected, one can visit the Contact Print panel and generate populated Avery labels there.
