Unrecognized Billing

Hello Apple Community,


On 18th of October, money has been deducted from my bank account from Apple.com, 119.99$ 13 times adding up to 1559.87$. The purchases haven't been made by me and my apple ID hasn't been used. The money has been deducted from my bank account against my will, hence I contact the bank which is prompting me to get the confirmation from Apple that the transactions haven't been made by me. What do I do now? What are the steps that I can take or whom should I contact?

Perhaps these support documents might be of use:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support


At the foot of the first linked document you will also see the note If you checked reportaproblem.apple.com and your emailed receipts and you're still not sure why you were charged, contact Apple Support.

Have you jailbroken your iPhone?


On 18th of October, money has been deducted from my bank account from Apple.com, 119.99$ 13 times adding up to 1559.87$.


Contact your bank, they can find out who (name, address & account number) has collected the amount from your bank account, and when.

Depending on your bank, they can collect the amount back within 30 days.

Ask your bank to block your card, and ask a new card.


Also report to the police.
