iPhone 12 Pro black spot on the edge of the screen

I have seen other complaining about a back blob on the side of their Iphone 12 pro screen, and claimed it was an hardware issue… I guess since my 1 year warranty just ran out im SOL?

Stuck Yellowish Green Screen of iPhone 13 Pro Max It's 2PM, Philippines time, today is 7th day of January 2025. My iPhone 13ProMax suddenly started flickering yellow and after few more flickering it turned completely to YELLOWish green screen!! The phone is turning 3 years upon purchase last Feb 2022. However, the phone was only used for over a year, started using the phone just last June 2023. I couldn't even back it up now because I cannot access it because it's now locked. The software is up to date because I don't want it to have problems with iOS software issue. Now, as I am searching the cause of why my iPhone is flickering and turned into yellow screen, its so disheartening to see enormous reviews with the same scenario, suddenly flickered and the cost of the repair to their "accredited service repair" is very costly! My whole fam is an avid user of iPhone's-to-iPad's-Macbook.. This is not the first time we experienced this. The first one was on my mom's iPhone 5S that turned to black screen then my XSMax turned into a rainbow screen and then my mom's iphone 13 turned to green screen and the most recent now this iphone 13 promax is now yellow green screen.. I am posting this for the first time in Apple Community to raise awareness that this is not an isolated event in our family to make me post here, we encountered it several units now. I hope you can try to improve your services especially your hardware on this matter. This can be 10% in a hundred but i hope you can do something about it. Lower cost repair since we paid at a high stake for your premium service. An extended warranty privilege and a warning sign for us to back up our files. In conclusion, this might be your tactics that after the warranty period despite the complete care will be given to the phone, it will definitely experience some problems to buy a new one or repair with such huge amount. Please don't make the people, your loyal customers hate you up to such level that the whole apple community will sue you. The nearest service center here in our location is a 4hours drive and if I will visit it right now, by the time I will arrive at the service center it will be closed--having said that its so inconvenient to experience such things. It's way better than your old models that would last you up to 4 other more years before it needs an intensive repair.
