Locked account

since a while ago my old account has been locked for no reason with a pop screen saying “Your account has been disabled in App Store and iTunes” whenever I tried to update certain apps. we have contact apple officials but no one seems could help us to solve the problem. this problem put us in frustration since all of our old purchases are saved there and now apple has disable our account out of no reasons. I understand that there may be no way on solving this problem, but could anyone provide reasons on why this will occur?
