Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Can't downgrade storage. After completing all steps, "Done" is alway greyed out.

I'm using only 20gm of iclouds storage but paying for 200. When I try to downgrade, all goes well until the last step—the "Done" button is always greyed out.

Tap Done. If you can't tap Done, make sure that you're signed in with the same Apple ID that you use for your iCloud+ plan. You can also try following these steps on a different device. If you still need help, contact Apple Support.
