iPhone 11 Lagging and Freezing

Hello,

I've got a iPhone 11 thats currently running on iOS 16, although im having some problems with it.

I got the issue where the phone would lag in random moments or when performing some actions like:

-Turning the volume up or down, if i hold it it would freeze and then after a second or 2 it would go on max/lowest volume.

-When watching video's in certain apps it would lagg or stutter.

-Experiencing random reboots

-The taptic engine not working (i think its that), when clicking certains things i dont feel the buzz.

Also worth mentioning is one time the iPhone drained fully, then when i turned it on the phone was acting all normal again but after that it drained again (not on purpose) and it was acting all laggy again.

To mention this iphone's battery has been replaced at one time by an Authorized Apple Service Provider.

I'm hoping someone knows the issue to this and can help me!

"Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
If your phone doesn't turn on, follow these steps to check your hardware and charge your phone. You might need to charge for up to an hour.
If your phone still doesn't turn on, contact Apple Support."
