I changed my Card information and Apple Care isn't showing anymore
I had apple care on my phone but i changed my card and its not showing apple care on it anymore

There are recommendations for how to edit your method of payment for your AppleCare plan. Apple provides those steps here: Cancel or change the payment method for your AppleCare plan - Apple Support. Keep in mind that there are steps for if you paid in full upfront for your AppleCare plan, or if you pay monthly or annually for your AppleCare plan.
If it was canceled or the plan ended, you can look over the guidance on this page to see if your device is eligible to add it back on: Continue your AppleCare+ coverage - Apple Support.
