Have you tried following the instructions in the link above? It may not be possible to add that boarding pass. The link says - If you don't see an option to add your boarding pass, ticket, or other pass to the Wallet app, contact the merchant or company that issued it to make sure they support passes in the Wallet app.
The same goes for credit cards. Not all CC companies support Apple Wallet. Please read the information in the link below.
