The recovery server could not contacted

I have erased my Macintosh OS on my MacBook pro. I tried to reinstall it and I got “The Recovery server could not be contacted”. It was trying to install macOS High Sierra when I was using macOS Big Sur. I cannot access App store to download the Mac OS Big Sur?
