Call waiting

I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max I have always had call waiting disabled . I updated the latest iOS software and it won’t allow me to disable call waiting just keeps saving can not save call waiting setting. Any ideas what to do ?

Call Waiting is a feature provided and managed by your carrier. Contact your carrier and have this issue resolved.
