I can’t log in with my Apple ID because I have created many with this phone
I have been trying to create Apple ID with this phone which resulted not to log inn because I created many Apple ID

You will have to use another device, or a computer to create a new Apple ID. If you see a Could Not Create Apple ID or Could Not Set Up iCloud message - Apple Support
