i think my airpods pro need help from apple

I sent my airpods pro to an apple repair center due to the recall program and the repair center returned the device to the factory. After a few weeks, I got an email saying that my earphones could not be repaired due to unauthorized modification. After that, I called Apple's service number and complained about the repair results. After a few days, they replied that they thought there was no problem with the factory's judgment. However, my headphones work fine and have not detected any issues on the genius bar. I asked him them: what part of my headphones was modified? Can they give me a formal email of the review results? The answer is no! I have no way to find the merchant who purchased it at the time to complain. The question was thus put on hold. Merchants need Apple's review results. Apple replied to me that there was no way to provide it to me! I hope some Apple executives can see this statement, who can help me solve this problem?
