How to recover deleted passwords in the keychain

If you're using iCloud Keychain.. if you delete a password, it's gone
You can check if you're using iCloud by going to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Passwords and Keychain.. if that switch is ON
If that switch is OFF, and was off at the time you deleted the password.. you'd need an iPhone backup that contains the password and you'd have to restore from that backup.
Noting that if you restore from a backup, you stand to lose data between now and when that backup occurred
