Drop-down menu on my iPad

On one particular website I cannot sign out because the drop down menu takes me to a page - still that company’s - that does not show a sign out option. This is only on my iPad - works fine on iPhone. Have iOS 15.7 installed. This website previously worked fine. This is in the last few weeks. I have read that there have been drop down menu issues with iPads that go back quite a ways. Don’t know what caused mine to suddenly change. I cleared website data and quit and restarted my iPad as Apple suggests to no avail. Anyone out there have an explanation?

Seems to me (and I'm no expert, I could be entirely wrong) that the website could have been updated a few weeks ago.


The web-site designer(s) and the programmer(s) may have omitted something necessary, or not updated something, so that their drop-down menu would be compatible across all plaforms (eg so all different devices, and all devices made by different companies are able to interact smoothly). It is no easy task to test everything, before the update goes "live".


Bugs in software happen all the time, for the task of keeping software compatible and up-to-date is not an easy one.


Most web-sites have an e-mail address available, and the Web-Development Team would usually greatly appreciate user-feedback with page-addresses (URLS) and info. on things users find are not working for them.
