Siri draining battery while i sleep

I have switched off siri and have not been using it even for search recommendations, then why is siri draining my battery in the middle of the night when my phone is asleep

as you can see below, siri is on from 1am till 3am. Why is this happening??

I am using iphone 13 pro on ios 16.0.3

please help me to solve this issue

Siri mentions HomeKit accessories for turning off Sleep Focus on iPhone I can’t understand why every time that I tell Siri to turn sleep focus off on my phone. I get the reply.” It looks like you haven’t set up any home accessories” what does my phone going into sleep focus at a certain time have to do with HomeKit accessories I can’t fathom or understand this at all. I’m 71 years old. But can you pls explain the reason why siri is even on ? Is it monitoring or something? Why is it needed? I have switched off all the services for siri
