Allowing my child to transfer to another family group

Hi, invitation sent by another family member and I receive in my mail app. However on clicking it leads to nowhere and am stuck. Any other suggestion how to go around this ? Thanks

To accept, open this invitation in the Mail app on your iPhone, Once i do this on my phone i get a notification saying cannot view invite. the invite cannot be viewed from this account. Problem transferring a child on family sharing My husband and I both started family sharing separately and then realised we should all be on the same one. He has my son on his, and I have my daughter on mine but we want to all be on his. So we followed the instructions to transfer my daughter - hubby sent the transfer request but I didn't see a notification under my apple ID. He then found the alternate way of actually notifying me via email, and I got that. The actual request must be accessed through the Mail app on my iphone, which I did, and it has a 'view request' button at the bottom which I clicked. It goes to my Apple ID but then a message pops up: "Cannot View Invite. the invite cannot be viewed from this account." The settings app shuts down as soon as I click OK on that. I have no idea what to do. I am logged into my iphone using my gmail as I have always done with my AppleID. I can't see what's wrong. Any help? Thanks!

Still I can’t transfer my son family account to another family account. When I send invitation to his iPad the pop up it said already in family I can’t switch him why??
