You might want to consider changing your Apple ID password and making sure it is a strong one. You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.

With two factor authentication on for your Apple ID the only way someone can access your Apple ID is if they have a device using the same Apple ID or have access to a Trusted Number listed for the Apple ID.

  1. Make sure only phone numbers you know are listed as trusted phone number. Go to appleid.apple.com. Sign in with your Apple ID. Go to the Security section and click Edit.
  2. Check for and Remove any unknown devices from your Apple ID. On iOS Go to Settings > [your name]. Select any device that should not be listed and “Remove from Account.”
  3. You also must check iCloud Find My for unknown devices and Remove them following Remove a device from Find My on iPhone - Apple Support
  4. Check there are no Profiles installed on your any off. See How to delete an app that has a configuration profile on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support and Use configuration profiles to standardize settings on Mac computers - Apple Support
  5. Once these are all clear reset your dapple ID password once more.

Talk to your divorce lawyer, as what you are reporting here is potentially considered abuse, and is potentially civilly or criminally actionable in many jurisdictions.

As for your own security, whatever you think is happening here either has another and a different and more benign explanation, or your changing all of the passwords, and enabling two-factor, and removing unrecognized trusted devices, and related steps was incompletely performed, or your password became known again.
