iPhone 11 unable to access storage/won't back up

I have been experiencing endless issues attempting to back up my iPhone 11; also nothing happens when I go into iPhone Storage - the wheel just keeps spinning.


I have not backed up very often, if at all and do not have enough storage in the iCloud. I currently have over 70 gb remaining - it gets stuck on calculating category sizes.


Have tried restarting and attempting to back up in iTunes. Have also updated with latest software.


I would be grateful for any assistance!
