I need to find out if anybody is family sharing with me or is anybody charged to Apple or any gift cards or anything of that sort

You cannot casually be entered into a Family Sharing group. You must be invited and accept the invitation. You would know if you are a member. More than that, only organisers are charged in a Family Sharing group with Purchase Sharing activated. Are you an organiser of such a group?
