My new Apple series 8 ultra watch main display turned entirely blood red. Changing the screen to an alternate screen works normally, but when I switched back to the Wayfinder display, everything is in red. Why is it doing that? How do I get it back to the normal display color scheme?

It appears you have initiated night mode on that face. Rotate the digital crown downward and the watch face will return to the regular face. To get it to go back to night mode red, rotate the digital crown upward.
