"This message has no content" Email on MacBook Air OS Monterey 12.5.1

Periodically on my MacBook Air I receive an email that say's "This message has no content". However on my iPhone13 the message is readable. My computer is running with the latest software update which is mac OS Monterey 12.5.1.....Any ideas to fix this "pain in the butt" issue? Thanks

12.6 is the latest update for Monterey. Go to Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Software update to update your OS.

But your problem with email may be a problem of ports. As long as your are checking with IMAP or exchange, go into Mail's menu Window menu and select connection doctor to make sure a connection has not failed.

Anything that checks with POP will not be the same on the server on each device that checks with POP.
