How much can you customize on macos

I have a macbook (pro) and i want to customize ie it
Is it possible to customize icons, sounds, and if possible; Ui?

Sounds can be customized to an extent.
/System/Library/Sounds from the boot hard drive has the default alert sounds.
Icons, select individual icons in Finder File menu -> Get Info and paste any icons that are close to the same size as the existing icon from a graphics utility.

is one of the few utilities that offers additional interface customisations.
Given the additional changes in place for Ventura's System Preferences upcoming tomorrow, if you plan on upgrading to Ventura, be sure the utility has an update for Ventura, and wait for users who have the release version of Ventura to give you additional feedback on its customizability. Don't assume anything that has been released prior to tomorrow has the correct information for the release.
