Setting up voicemail on consumer cellular
I cannot set up voice mail as I get an “ Apple” error message

Call your voicemail box number -> xxxx to listen to the main menu.
Maybe you still need to turn on/activate your voicemail box?
Every Carrier has their own main menu, so check it with your carrier.
The voicemail settings are controlled by your carrier, so contact your carrier.
