As your Apple Watch uses the network from your iPhone, try these troubleshooting steps for network issues with your iPhone as seen here If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't connect to a Wi-Fi network. These steps include:

1. Make sure that your router is on and you're within range
2. Make sure that Wi-Fi is on and you can see your network
3. If asked, enter your Wi-Fi password
4. Check for issues with your Wi-Fi network
5. Check your cables and connections
6. Restart

Note: When restarting your device, restart both the iPhone and the Apple Watch.
