“Verification Required” keeps popping up when I want to download an app

Why when I try to download it keep asking for verification I go to Apple Store and try to download an app and a window pops up saying verification required in bold letters then it goes on to say sing in using your Apple ID and view billing information I go sing in and verify that the information is correct and go back to download and the same window pops up again

Verification required in App Store I looked up everything to fix this problem and it’s not working what’s so ever. If anyone gots a actual way to get this to stop popping up I would love the help
