I want iphone and ipad to NOT announce Happy Birthday on MY birthday.

I agree with Lynneeve - In order to use my iPhone contact list, and have it show the birthday of others in my list, I have the Bday calendar activated.

I neither need nor want my calendar to display MY birthday, but Apple displays it.

Getting snide about how she set up her tools without explaining how she could adjust them is unhelpful.

Lynneeve - l did this and I think it may solve your issue. Go to Contact list > Your contact. Edit>Delete your birthday, then save and close the contact list. If you had your calendar open, close>reopen it. Did your birthday go away?
