POTENTIAL SPYWARE !!!!! Caution

I just had my new macbook pro m1 entirely frozen with no commands working to shut down until i forced Quit to just turn machine entirely off to get out from the situation happened.

Its a “ APPSTORE” Application comes as top preference for browser options name - “Maxthon Web browser “

Someone also had faced the same issue where u literally gotta battle to run barely any command . Im attaching the screenshots . Just went through phonecall with apple . Save yourself.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.6

If the User is Positive this software is as claimed, it should be reported Directly to Apple.

Then have a few suggestions ;

1 - Get Support Choose a product and we’ll find you the best solution.Start now and open an Apple Support Ticket as they are Apple Employees to deal will these types of issues .

2 - Product Feedback - Apple and make it known to Apple regarding this ongoing issue

3 - Am confident Apple will explore this Application and if found to be true, will action this swiftly.
