AirPods Pro (1st gen) not charging when using my Watch 7’s MagSafe charger

Hello all,

I just bought a brand new AirPods Pro (1st gen) from an official retailer and it doesn’t charge from my Watch 7 MagSafe charger. It’s strange because the charger doesn’t magnetic stick to the center of my AirPods’ back, but just to its corners. What should I do to charge it using my watch’s MagSafe charger? Would it be a defect?
