ever since I updated to iOS 16.0.3 I cannot receive or send MMS messages. I have been over every change and box check there is with Verizon, including erasing all content and settings excluding my esim. When is the next update ? Or can anyone help me ?
I'm sorry, you are the only one that can click on that Solved icon. However, If you have the MMS switch on and have Cellular data turned on, then Verizon is going to have to help you fix this. Ask for someone in a higher level of support. SMS/MMS are carrier features and they will have to fix it.
I went to Verizon and had them troubleshoot uninstall reinstall update the esim 3x over again , reset my network settings multiple times, and again with Verizon.. even did a (Reset all content and settings) , reinstalled iOS, skipped the backup on it, and started with new . Still no mms with all non- iPhone users.
Contact your carrier. SMS is a carrier feature and there is no setting on the iPhone for SMS. SMS uses the cellular band and your carrier will have to troubleshoot your issue.
