Can you recover a note if deleted unknowably but don't see it in "recently deleted"/
If you are deleting emails on your Mac and then delete the trash, would that delete what's in your "notes" folder also?

The recently deleted folder will exist only if you deleted Notes from iCloud or from the "On My Phone" Folder. Deletion from other Folders does not use Recently Deleted Sub-Folder.
