How to get Apple Watch as a data source for sleep?

On the screen here, there's no edit option.

How can I add my Apple Watch to sleep app as a data source? Does anyone know how to add the Apple Watch as a data source for the apple sleep app. I’m only seeing my phone and clock as the sources. I have the setting toggled to use Apple Watch to track sleep already selected. I tried unpairing and repairing my Watch to the phone and still do not see the Watch as a data source.

It appears the sleep setup cannot be downloaded on the watch w/o an iPhone. I don't have an iPhone, so I cannot track my sleep data on the Apple Watch, correct?
